Over the years, climate change has made screw more vulnerable to corrosion. Several coating methods come out for this matter.
We think differently. The screws head is the easiest part to get rust because it exposes to the environment. We use Zn-Al cap to cap the screws head. The Zn-Al cap won’t get rust after 4000hrs Salt Spray Test (SST). Moreover, Zn-Al cap form a larger flange head that can cover the whole EPDM washer. This can prevent the EPDM washer deteriorating by UV and seal the hole from water leaking longer.
